These terms apply to orders placed on this website.
Prices and currency
All prices are shown in Singapore dollars (SGD) and include any applicable taxes. Prices can change, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order.
Order acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. If an item turns out to be unavailable we will contact you and refund it.
Product variation
Baked goods and hand-poured candles are made in small batches, so colour, finish and size vary slightly between batches. Photography is representative rather than exact.
Availability
Stock shown on the site reflects what we hold at the time of viewing. Where a product is made to order, the product page or your confirmation will indicate the lead time.
Delivery
Delivery terms, charges and timing are set out on our shipping page, which forms part of these terms.
Problems with an order
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we will put it right. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
